£4.00 for 8 frozen onion rings.....you serious???! And delivery charges up too, to £3 + with service charge. I am a one person order, can't afford those charges and price increases.

Absolutely disgusted with this company I placed an order through just eat and they were consistently asking me to pay with my card , I couldn?t as I only had cash , then they ring me to say they are collecting the money and then going back to then deliver my food , when I told them this didn?t make sense and don?t trust it , they cancelled my order , and when I rung up and spoke to the manager about the staff he became agitated with me , never again will I order from here ??

Best pizza in the area. I've been using Me2U for the past 4 years and the food has always been great. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

Placed an order on just eat to pay cash and received a call saying they could only accept card and after I said I can only pay cash they said they would send someone out to collect the money and then someone else would bring the food after they had the money. I think that?s a ridiculous policy but we said okay as there wasn?t many places open. We got a call to say the driver was here to collect the money and my partner went outside and the driver didn?t even get out of the car and drove away. We called the restaurant and they said we took too long to go and take the money. My partner was stood at the door within 30 seconds of him calling to say he was here. Absolutely ridiculous service and policies and the staff were rude on the phone. Why have it as an option to pay cash and then put such stupid measures in place.

Had a serious allergic reaction cause they put lemon on chicken kebab but they never specified they put lemon on other wise I would not of ordered could of killed me or someone with the allregys

Absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't give to a dog, it looked like it was taken out of a bin and thrown in to a box. 100% do not recommend. Never ordering from here again

Im sorry but im not using you guys no more , i dont know whats going on with this place lately but 3 times in a row now something has been wrong or missing in the orders , yes you do rectify the orders but we shouldnt have to keep phoning up to complain its really annoying because the food is really good but far too many mistakes lately especially for the price and money weve spent here aswell

Second time they?ve sent the wrong pizza this month. Manager just argues with you and says it?s not his fault. Awful customer service. No willingness to listen. Doesn?t know the difference between pepper and pepperoni! Just shouts down the phone and you can?t get a word in! Stay away if you have an allergy! Seriously bad communication issues!

I haven't reviewed anywhere in a while so thought I'd share my experience from here.I ordered at 17.40 on a Saturday and I knew it would be busy day of week so I expected a long wait time.After the time had passed from either just eat or uber (cant remember which I ordered from) I phoned shop. I was told that first they couldn't find order even though it said food was on way on app. I told them it was now past time and the story changed to oh food is on the way.My app then changed to food delivered even though no food had arrived so again I rang shop to be told that driver was outside.I looked outside to no driver. I rang shop again to be told he is looking for house. I then waited another 15 mins for the pizza to arrive.Was it worth the wait? No pizza cold toppings and cheese were on the extreme side of thin. You would get more on a frozen pizza from morrisons and I suspect would have tasted better.I actually reported to the food app and got money bk but will never use this shop again. Terrible food terrible service DO NOT USE

I went in for the Karak Chai but ended up buying their milkshake, I had the Ferraro Roche and my friend had a Biscoff one, both were a good portion, well presented and tasteful, mean while my other friend was making deals with the friendly staff, we enjoyed the milkshakes so much we forgot to take pictures. Overall a sweet finish to a lovely evening.
