No milkshakes again .can you please train your staff to clean the machine so I can have a milkshake please.and to read an order .my order cheese mc crispy meal, fry?s dry and cold ,burger cold no cheese no bacon and way too much mayo .ordered two milkshake and she put frappe no I don?t want frappe milkshakes.machine not working . What a surprise.its never working

Disgusted! Ordered at the drive through, not the first time they?ve forgotten items! Had to go back round as 3 items were missed and wrong drinks were given. We?ve just almost thrown up over the burgers. They were practically raw, the second patty has pink to it! Patty?s are about half the size of the burger. ( does this look worth over £8 a meal?) Barely any salad to them and just look like they?ve thrown it in a box and not even prepared it properly. Do not recommend and will not be going again!

This is one of the worst McDonalds restaurants I've used. Orders on DriveThru are often missing items, the food is very rarely warm and dreadfully prepared, and the main focus of all the staff seems to be UberEats orders and to hell with anything else. I think it's worth the extra 10-15 minutes to drive to Kitts Green or The

We ordered through Deliveroo, food was cold and half our order was missing. I wouldn?t recommend for delivery. Shocking for someone visiting Birmingham.

It's maccy d what can I say! Food always good, but gets busy here especially if you order delivery, expect to wait a bit and can sometimes be cold, but, if eating in order ordering when quiet it's always spot on!

they?ve messed my order up a number of times, whether it?s going to get it or delivery and i think think what?s the point of working here if you cannot do one simple thing right. cant stand this mcdonald?s and i won?t be going there ever again. awful and disgusting.

Long wait for service. Delivery drivers are making the wait even longer. Too many orders for delivery taking priority .Cold food , 50/50 if your order is right. Rare to have milkshakes as they turn machine off when busy. Unpleasant experience.limp cold food served.

2nd time in a row we have had breakfast food is dry and once we had mould on a McMuffin bun and my mom is allergic to mould and if I didn?t see it before hand she would of got ill and today there was a blond hair that I also saw in my moms McMuffin it?s Discusting check your food and wear hair nets
