Absolutely rubbish. Food came stone cold. Drinks were warm. No ice added and container half filled.!!!!
I ordered a burger with no pickles and no tomato ketchup. The burger was smothered with both. Couldn?t eat it.
Will never use again.

I ordered 2 meals and the order was done wrong. All they could say was you've only paid for one. I drove to the next window and paid for the 2 meals I know I ordered . We was told to drive around to the front which I did. We waited and waited and everyone behind us were getting their food but not us.
Eventually my husband who is disabled had to go into the restaurant. They expected him to carry everything whilst using a walking stick. What an absolute disgrace they are.
So many bad reviews why don't you just shut the whole building down.

Incompetent staff
Why do your staff struggle to follow requests on an order. Time & time again.
Specifics were ordered and paid for on a burger (extra cheese) which did not happen, in fact there was no cheese. May sound little but when you request something a certain way it ruins the meal when it is completely wrong and you then don?t want it. The restaurant are never interested, they will direct you back to JustEat (why when it?s not their mistake!)
Please can you train your staff better. This isn?t good enough, it?s a regular occurrence and I don?t know how you get away with such poor service constantly. Have some respect for your customers who keep you going.

Good food, bit pricey for what it is. Fairly nice staff members, but the environment is often very mixed. Way better than the northfield one, and very convenient to go to after cinema.

Once again, they missed items out of my drive through order. Got home and found no fries in the f?ing bag. I?ve complained to this branch before and they don?t give a toss. Why install 2 intercoms to the drive through when they don?t take orders in turn, leaving some one waiting whilst the other intercom has processed 4 orders! This branch is a f?ing nightmare. I would gladly speak to the Franchisee and discuss common and repetitive issues. Will not be using anymore.

As a man who is hardly displeased, I am feeling very displeased. The utter lack of commitment and care has left me distraught, and unfortunately, my mood has left me obligated to leave this review. The amount of times I have ordered late at night and to no surprise, my chicken selects have been left unaccompanied, sauceless. A basic task, seems to be incomprehensible to the average McDonald?s Longbridge employee, as time and time again I am left sauceless. I will not be able to enjoy the thrill of dipping a delicious piece of chicken into a delectable pot of sauce, instead I am doomed to endure a lonely, dry piece of chicken. Words cannot describe how I am feeling, my disappointment is immeasurable?

It would be nice if you had your order exactly what it looks like on the menu but what you get looks like it been kicked around the floor for half an hour it looks and tastes disgusting but people still go there because they don't know what a good burger tastes like
