All i can say that the staff is very chilled. People waiting for their order and they are chetting. 1 single order waited 25m. At yet it was quite. Not only that i have to interupt their chetting to look for my order. They are way to relexed. Nope not going there again. And the reason is their attitude coz they were been interupted.

Dont come here unless you cannot go elsewhere. The rubery one is much better, not too far away either. This store is always really busy and loud, and the big mcdelivery section in the middle is very off putting, making the place feel strange.
Good food though, tasty but messy.
Kid-friendliness: Dangerous after 5pm, wouldnt take my kids at night.

This McDonald's is the worst ever. Everything they miss items on my order. The staff ain't really bothered just killing time on phones and talking while your food gets cold. I always check my food before leaving and most times I have to tell them they have missed items that I ordered. Just useless

Placed a large order. Half of it missing. Uber eats refused refund and Northfield macdonalds refused to send missing items. Apparently they weigh the bags before they leave and if anything was missing it would flag up ? 0 stars if I could.

Really bad service . Food was cold and unappetizing. Told a girl called Molly. She was really rude and lost the plot when confronted. This McDonald's should be locked up and thrown away the keys. Really much dissatisfied with the whole thing. MOLLY should go on a customer service course and get a GRIP. Plus your so called golden rule certainly did not apply here.
