One of the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Service is always very slow, especially through the Drive Thru. Orders are often wrong and food frequently cold. Staff don?t really seem to know what they?re doing.

It's macdonalds, this 1 has a bit of a sloppy service tbh, had to change our order as it was left on a table for 12 mins going cold before they actually served it up so they changed the order after I complained, also as we were eating another chap came back with his order saying it was not right so asked for the right order he should have got....SLOPPY.

As I was ordering my food the woman serving me laughed and then when I told her not to laugh at me she claimed that she never laughed , absolutely disgusted with the service .

WAS HAVE THE MACDONALDS FRANCHISE NOT SHUT THIS DOWN. This must be the worst Macdonalds franchise in Birmingham. Staff with a serious attitude problem. Constant wrong orders and delivery people that constantly steal food, because they know there are no consequences. THE MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPETENT. And have been for a long time AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered plain hamburger. Got home to discover it had had mustard on and they wiped it off. No use to me. Plain bacon double cheese was poor and cold. Absolutely naff. Both Maccies round here keep getting orders wrong.

Fast food more like slow food. Wait is ridiculous get told to wait in a parking bay for 2/3 mins 15 minutes later still sat there and then the order comes and isn?t correct anyway!

Got the order wrong yet again, it keeps happening with this branch and now we?re stuck with an upset 9 year old who doesn?t have the right dinner. The franchise holder won?t care a bit cause they?ve got their money. Drive an extra ten mins to go somewhere else or double check every single item.

If you order more than one item they will mess up your order EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!! Every single time!!!!! When we order we consider ourselves lucky IF IF IF WE GET EVERYTHING what we order !!!!! I?ve lost count on how many times I had to waste time on the phone and NEVER got my money back for what I payed but didn?t get !!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!
