Did an Uber order, chicken burger looked like someone had sat on it and then ran it over for good measure. Fries stone cold, ordered one Diet Coke and one full sugar got two full sugar. Asked for ketchup with my 9 chicken nuggets and got none. Order was £28 and a complete waste of money.

Awful cutomer service.i am dlivery driver whenever i picked up order from this restaurant customers complaining about the food being cold.this is because the restaurant doesn't have a place to keep food hot. The driver arrives outside the dlivery area press the door bell ring, and wait there for 15min sometimes 30 min to pick up an order, and sometimes the person opens the door and has a bad attitude ?
Don't do olnine dlivery if you can't make it ...

They kept me 15 min on drive thrw to get my food, and I got served cold food! I had kids in a car left the place, and then I couldn't go back to return the cold food, I had to get something else for kids as they could not eat cold food which i paid for hot food! ??

The worst service in any McDonald?s ever and the food is consistently terrible . I don?t know how they can make it so bad . Plus the mixed race manager lady is so rude and moody she deserves a special mention

Awful, fries arrived cold and had to be microwaved. Didn?t pack our milkshake. McFlurry had the same amount of ice cream in it as the mini and no sauce at all. Cola arrived hardly filled up. Didn?t even get my plain cheeseburger right- they added pickles. They don?t answer the phone either? I wonder why.
