Visited today and was served raw chips .
I asked for refund and was given money back for the chips only .
Cause I drove there and eat the burger when I returned home to find chips uncooked .
Lady on drive though was rude over a sauce requested . But had nerve serve me raw chips so meal wasn't enjoyed.
Left hungry .
Waste of petrol .

Ordered on the app and paid for the delivery only for absolutely no food to arrive, phoned the restaurant 25+ times to get it resolved but couldn?t be bothered to answer the phone, after over 2 hours of trying to get an answer my husband drove to the restaurant

I think this McDonald?s has the lowest-IQ staff of all the McDonald?s. The job interview must go something like:
?Can you say your own name??
They mumble something incoherent, and management just says, ?Close enough, you?re hired.?
The quicker we get AI to take the orders, the better, because the attitude of the staff here is abysmal. They are literally dribbling at the kiosk at you.

Iv left review on trip advisor but can?t help but leave one here also , I?m so shocked as sat behind a member off staff (female manager) enjoying my brew and burger , for her to call a male member of staff over and listen to her tell him how terrible he is and how she regretted giving him a position , he was clearly looking and feeling uncomfortable as was I , I couldn?t help my self but defend him and pull her on the fact that she chose to give him a hard time in front of paying customers the dinning area was empty she could of called him to a quite area but instead chose to rudely tell him off in front of paying customers , not only him but rudely told a poor girl to wait and continued to talk down to the male member of staff not only in front of me and my partner but in front of another staff member , when I pulled her and I rudely corrected her , the response was it?s fine he?s my brother in law NO love it?s not fine , in my honest a true opinion she likes the sound of her own voice looks down a lower staff members needs to be either demoted or sent on a genuine corse to correct her management strategy?
I can?t fault the brews and burgers here but as for her very disappointed speak to those as u wish to be spoken too I genuinely enjoyed embarrassing her as she genuinely needed to feel embarrassed as that poor member of staff must of felt .. shocking management skill I can guarantee that the staff there must feel uncomfortably with how she presents her self to those

Messed up my order on MULTIPLE occasions, missing out food or drinks, giving me the wrong order, putting bacon on my burger when i did not ask for it and would never ask for it since i cannot eat pork due to medical reasons. Delivery service was awful and many times they would spill my drink in the bag because the drinks weren't put in the cup holders properly. Honestly literally anyone competent can pack an order that is literally ON the label. i can't believe i was paying money for food that i wasn't even getting. I got chips that were undercooked and oftentimes cold. This place might genuinely turn me off mcdonald's forever. I recommend ordering from some place else or eating some place else if possible, although it's inconvenient, it's less risky and you're more likely to get what you actually ordered.

The new grinch meal?
Who decided to create such a menu? First off, the grinch lemonade was not even a lemonade but rather it was overly sour, full of sugar and a nasty aftertaste of apple. Secondly, the seasoning is probably the worst out of the whole grinch menu. Who on earth makes pickle seasoning and places it on fries? IT DIDNT TASTE GOOD. There was a way to make this taste better and you somehow failed?! Actually disgusting I?m so disappointed since the seasoning packets are new to the UK yet you still failed to make it taste good. Thirdly, the menu itself cost £10 for this atrocity. If this is a menu for limited time and costs more, I expect more quality and quantity to be served to engage more customers yet you failed to make it taste good, look good and did not even provide the ?odd socks? that has the main spotlight of this menu. I am seriously disappointed that I did not get the socks nor that the food that I was so excited to try tasted disgusting in every way. Please review your new menus before you sell them.

I always struggle to find parking because delivery drivers take all the spaces. This is very frustrating for customers. If this isn?t managed properly, I won?t be visiting this branch again

Got the order completely wrong gone back to speak completely rude and they could see from the receipt the burger was wrong the someone else came to check again absolutely ? rude the phoned number to complain no answer
