Usual from McDonalds cannot fault them at any point?

Twice now they haven’t given me sauces even though I ask them when I place my order & then check to see if they have put the sauces in the bag when they give me my food. IT’S NOT THAT DIFFICULT! A donkey with half a gcse would know to include sauces especially if you’ve asked for them twice!!

Today we had friends over and ordered via mcdonalds app. We ordered two big macs, three cokes, three large fries and two big tasty burgers. What we received was horrible!
