We popped into McDonald?s for a bite to eat before seeing a film at star city, it was my daughter?s birthday (5) whilst eating our food the manger came over to ask if everything was okay. My daughter then shouted that she was five today! The gentleman then proceeded to go above beyond and made her feel so special! He gave her the time of day and a birthday donut. Never received such service at a McDonald?s before! Sad I didn?t get his name, as I would love to highlight his services

I had the pleasure of being served by Harry at the McDonald?s drive-thru, and his customer service was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly polite, attentive, and made the whole experience seamless. His communication skills were spot on?clear, friendly, and professional throughout.
Harry went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and even took the time to understand my specific requests without hesitation. It?s rare to come across someone as understanding and genuinely pleasant as Harry in fast food service. Kudos to him for making my visit such a positive one!
Keep up the great work, Harry?you?re a credit to the team!

6-12-24 ordered 1 meal and was told to wait in car park by some white guy with an attitude , 15 mins later and was still waiting ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT STAFF HERE , utterly useless lazy unprofessional staff ,the place needs closing down as not 1 off them have a single clue on what they are doing I will be taking this further utter mess I mean where do you get these staff from??? No teamwork or care whatsoever, managers here incompetent, I will personally shut this place down or SACK all staff here and star fresh , what an embarrassment , SHAME on you mcdonald's you clueless bunch of waste

Worse experience ever.
We have ordered an latte to be honest more than half of the glass was filled with lots of ice only. When I removed a ice only 40% was coffee.
To talk about Taste the latte was similar to alcohol really disappointed with taste.
Also the staff wasn?t responsive I asked them they said this is what it is ??
Totally Rude behaviour.
