I had such a positive experience at McDonalds thanks to the manager, who mentioned she was new. This was on Sat 23rd Nov 2024 around 10pm. Despite being visibly busy, she went out of her way to help me when my phone battery died and I couldn?t order an Uber home. She kindly ensured my phone got charged and was incredibly understanding of my situation. It?s refreshing to encounter such thoughtful and accommodating service. Her kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated

By far the most incompetent mcdonald's I have ever been to. When you go via drive thru you are left waiting up to 10 mins to place order even when you are the only one there, plus anytime you customise your order and pay for extras they don't give you it just rob you of your money. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE MUGGED OFF
