Very very busy place I have to say. Probably the busiest I've ever been to.
Used a machine to buy the meal. Very easy to get the hang of. Takes a minute to make an order and pay. For others it seems the opposite. When waiting people seem to wait for different parts instead of getting all at once.
Orders taken too long because of how customers were getting their orders.
Mine was always a takeaway as I had my hotel room close by the restaurant. So can't say about the sitting area upstairs.

been here like 10 times now as a last option and the food is always freezing. stay in the hotel next door so no microwave my burger wasn?t even warm just cold and the chips were pushing on cold barley even warm

Nice food and friendly but food times are kinda bad but I recommend this one because they have good prices and nice staff

Staff wasnt wearing gloves , poor customer service ,while serving she is not even listening yo us , chicken nuggets were overcooked , my child didnt eat. Tables were dirty and cleaner was standing there , we hve to clean ourself to sit . Toilets were appalling, bins overflowing. Hvnt seen such poor standard of McDonald store .

Sometimes the food could do with being hot, there?s been more times it?s been a bit like just warm? the hash brown was a decent temperature, it was crispy and warmed me up from the inside. The cheese on the role was tasty, I caught myself off-guard as I made my selection quickly. Didn?t get much of a chocolate caramel taste with the coffee. However, the McCafe was tremendous in itself.

A very busy restaurant however quick service with food being perfect. On a Saturday evening people can be seen eating on the floor of the shopping centre. It?s a shame this store isn?t bigger to accommodate the demand. I saw children having to eat happy meals on the floor with people rushing past them.

The place functions well even in peak hours but be sure to ask for the dips and condiments you added in the order because they might not add those in takeaway orders on their own.

Staff bad attitude and manager worse. Food didn?t come and they put the phone down on me when I asked where it was.
