They need security to remove anti-social people quickly and those who are aggressive towards their staff. Plus, they lock the toilets and even the disabled toilet. It's a restaurant with eat in facility and hence by law needs to provide toilets and handwashing. They put notice to say - Out of order when really its to restrict access. I do empathise with them because people do abuse the facilities- like those living on the streets. But perhaps they need to adopt a receipt with a code ,so only those who have purchased can use the toilets. I also think the council should provide - pay for toilets in the city centre as was the case many years ago. Similarly in other shopping areas etc for the public. As you see so many men peeing around. It makes it as bad as a 3rd world country in terms of sanitation. Wake up Birmingham city Council.

The cruel staff at Birmingham's McD's on Cherry St have upset me so much by harassing me every time I ask them for my favourite range of sauces, which I really enjoy with my non McD's meal. Every time I politely ask them for a sauce, I get a return flying question "Have you brought a meal?"!! Does it matter? It's a free sauce... well at the moment it is. And I'm sure the menu doesn't specify that you get a choice of a sauce that comes with your meal... so BooHooYoo ? ? ?

Staff on till, was rude to a prior customer who was making a complaint. Slow in dealing with my order and didn't ask whether l wanted a toy or a book with the happy meal ordered. Staff stood around talking and held my order in their hand, whilst doing so. Even though l said l was taking my order to go. I had to request it to be put in a bag which was unusual for McDonald's. When l asked about the book l had requested a happy meal. The server asked the manager if they had added inside the box. To which the manager simply handed over a book to give to me. Both of the giving side looks and rolling there. The annoying thing was it clearly said box on my receipt.
In terms of the food the burgers were dry. There was hardly any sauce and the toppings and and sauce on the happy meal was virtually nonexistent.
I dread to think what would happen at a busier time as this was 11.15am. They seemed nonchalant at points and other times they didn't appear to be coping or enjoying their jobs at all. Not a great experience.
Word to the wise McDonald's there are far too many other eateries to be accepting or poor customer service, or lack lustre food.

Worst service! Ordered the so called McCrispy got a chicken with mayo on bread and tasteless fries. Where is the bacon and the cheese? Ordered the same 2 burgers and waited for half na hour for one of them only to receive a sad version of what I had actually ordered!!!
