Spent £30 food from the app my food came after a whole hour and fully cold no refund was issued or compensation and drink was spilt

I always find the staff to be pleasant and caring! That's the one thing that stands out here! We have never had a bad experience with the food or drinks. Food is always hot and fresh and chips and drinks are full!

Probably one of the worst ones I've been to. Unfortunately I've been many times specially on way to work but decided that's enough. They get my order wrong 7 out of 10 times.
