Absolutely fantastic pharmacy and the staff are second to none.We booked a trip for Umrah and wanted to have the Meningitis injection even though not mandatory as requirement now, so as we had some shopping to do in the area I called and enquired about the process.From the offset, the call handling, advice and service I wasn?t going anywhere else. I was booked in for next day and once completed we had the certificates done same time, I had some questions with expiring passports for my elder two children and was given advice on how to deal with that if certificate was needed again.Once inside the Pharmacy the service was a different level, my youngest is none verbal and autistic and the staff were superb with him.I?m sorry I didn?t leave this review earlier, 101 things to do. I?d recommend this pharmacy to everyone, pity it?s not my local.We go on Umrah Wednesday 31/01 and will be sure to see the guys when next in the area for some dates.

The wonderful staff we very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to get us seen quickly for our vaccinations. Added bonus of them being great value for money. We will be using the masters pharmacy group again from now on. Excellent service and great value .

I am delighted with the service and professionalism of Master?s Pharmacy. They take a genuine interest in my mother. They make sure she gets her medication on time and that the prescription is correct. The pharmacist Murtaza is always so helpful and courteous, nothing ever seems like too much trouble for him. He is always helpful with enquiries, and simplifies any queries regarding medication.I would sincerely like to thank you for your outstanding service, patience , kindness and commitment to your role.

Masters pharmacy have always provided a reliable and efficient service. My mom's medication request has always been processed, prepared and delivered promptly. I have been highly impressed!! In particular Murtaza the pharmacist is always courteous, helpful and highly efficient. I cannot thank him enough with the care and level of service he has provided.

My personal opinion of Masters PharmacyWhen I enter this pharmacy I am greeted by friendly and efficient staff and exceptional services/help from the counter staff. The pharmacist/Manager of the pharmacy Murtaza is always ready to give his full attention and one to one advice to his customers and support them to the best of his outstanding ability. He is able to give advice to his customers and run a travel clinic to the best of his ability.The pharmacy is always clean and well presented and organised. There is a confidential room always available for Confidentiality and privicy for customers to feel comfortable to talk to the pharmacist and staff members in a comfortable way. His level of care for his customers is acceptional. Ive been with this pharmacy for years and wouldn't choose any other. I would like to thank this pharmacy for their kind service and the work they put into it every day.Thankyou Masters Pharmacy.

Poor communication from the pharmacist.He didn?t told my wife that he charge £10 for his consultation. The pharmacist should told the customer about his charges before discussing the issue.

Amazing staff, very friendly. I went for my second dose covid vaccination a few days ago, the young girl that did my vaccination was amazing and professional. Did not hurt and was very comfortable.
