My to go to after a long walk in the Lickey Hills. Had shared breakfast with my 2 Yr old grandson as the breakfast has lots of food for one person . Lovely young and mature staff who are welcoming and professional.

£12 wasted no realising could no return/exchange items on sale bought2 days ago, perfect condition with tags & hangers. They'll go to the charity now, quite annoying as I could return sales on other shops. Bear in mind.

Cafe staff left our food out to go cold, reheated it and told us it's still in temp we can't make you a fresh one because the ovens are off ... Ok ... When we asked for a manager we were told this is what happens when people place an order 3 minutes before we close.
Would have been nice to be told that before we ordered then.
Not usually this bad a service, just be careful not go in too late in the day.
