This Lush location is HUGE!! Find it at the Liverpool One shopping center. It has many different sights and smells to be experienced, and the thing I love about it most is that they hand make everything!! Using only the finest ingredients, they leave out all of the gunk and cheap stuff to make really good, quality products. I can't remember the name of the associate who assisted me during my visit, but she was super friendly and she also gave me a nice sized sample of the BIG Shampoo. My hair used to be A LOT thicker and longer than it is now, so lately I've been looking for products that will help it grow and have volume. I wasn't sure if the stores in the U.S. would carry the same items, but after looking online, I saw that they do carry the same products. I would have purchased the BIG Shampoo, but decided to wait until I got back state side. Every little ounce counts when you have to check in luggage, lol! I like the smell of the shampoo, and it almost feels like a scrub for your scalp. I do use a scrub on my scalp once or twice a week to prevent any buildup of hair products. The sample I was given was enough for at least 5 shampoos!! I was shocked that you only need just a small amount to get a good lather going. I still have some left! Once I get the full set with the conditioner, I'll have to write another review to update. Get the BIG Shampoo if you need some volume in your hair! It will feel like you're getting a luxurious scalp massage! Stop in to see what other treasures you can find. They have everything from sleeping dust to body jellies. All natural ingredients that are good to your skin and hair? Sign me up!! Prices do reflect the quality, so you may be a little sticker shocked. To me, it's definitely worth every penny!

Returned again today after one of the roughest days in a long time. The smells here never get old! I was served by Amanda, who recommended me some wonderful products (which I got) and listened to some of my story and made me feel very welcome and included after such a rough day. Definitely coming back when my tubs and bottles are empty!

I had a great experience at Lush Spa with the Snow Fairy book-a-bath treatment - such a lovely treat and would highly recommend. My therapist was Mel, who was amazing, and made me feel so at ease - she walked me through the experience, talking me through the products and tailoring them to my skin type. The treatment room is gorgeous, with so many products to use, and it felt like every little detail had been thought of. The time went so quickly but it was so relaxing and I felt (and smelt!!) amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back soon to purchase some of the products I had a chance to try out!

I had a Fresh Facial today and it exceeded every expectation, Becca was incredible and made it so easy to feel comfortable and the products were picked out with care. The facial itself was so amazing, I want to try all the facials!

I just discovered the amazing spa at Lush Birmingham. I treated my self with an amazing tailor massage by the great Lindsey after a week's of heavy work. It couldn't be better experience. Thanks Lindsey for your amazing work. If I was already fan of this brand now I love it more!! Definitely super recommended ?

Had the synaesthesia treatment. Absolute heaven. Amy was amazing, but so was the girl on the front desk (I didn?t catch her name sadly) - really felt like everyone was going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Me and my sister had a comforter treatment with Amy and Becca, the treatment was lovely and felt like it lasted longer than other spa experiences. Everything was explained prior to the treatment and we had a sweet treat after. The smell from the treatment also lasted for ages which was a bonus. I?ll definitely be back again, so nice for a treat or a gift for someone.

You walk in and see conveyor belt of their bath bombs going around. Me and my daughter love to go upstairs and choose a bath bomb bath and the jelly soaps. Our favourite of all time is snow fairy, just cnt be beaten.

I recently visited Lush to surprise my wife with a few gifts.I was served by Jack and he was absolutely excellent.I asked him advice around certain products and his knowledge was exceptional, he talked through everything so I could choose the perfect gift for my wife.I wasn?t aware of the spa upstairs and I?m glad he showed me as bought something?s really unique for my wife and she can?t wait to come soon.Thanks again Jack, you were brilliant !!
