Misleading customer, map says shop is open, got there and found is closed. Update your map regularly and stop misleading people.

How does this shop still have customers! My daughter said she was going to the shop yesterday evening to buy some ice cream. Unfortunately she didn?t tell me she was going to Best One as I haven?t shopped there in several months. When we started to eat the ice cream it had been thawed and re frozen so that it was full of ice crystals and totally inedible. I have previously been short changed twice and the staff are incredibly rude to the customers. I only use the other grocery shop on Bartley Green square Simply local as they are always polite and friendly.

The customer service by one of the females was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. They have nothing about themselves or even know how to treat people. Doubt I will go there again!

The machine took my money and when I asked the staff to give it to me as the machine hadn't paid me it they ignored me on 4 occasions disgusting people in there ? should be shut down

Good shop if you need something in a hurry but a lot more expensive than the big supermarkets. watch the goods you buy as a lot of there produce is about to go out of date or is out of date.
