I use the branch regularly and find the staff very friendly and helpful.It is fairly busy branch and I have always been served quickly and courteously.

The processing speed is as slow as a turtle, and a large group of people are queuing up.

Maypole branch as the worst cash machines in the whole country! Outdated and wrongly position, customers deserve a better service than this!

visited the branch today with my niece to pay in her xmas money. I was served by the only gentleman on the counter and found him very friendly and professional and he conducted the transaction without any issues and we spoke about banking as i have recently retired after working for barclays for 32 years. Overall an excellent experience and the branch appeared clean and covid friendly.

Well lit more modern than many ATM near it, and always super clean, link network ATM.
Free Wi-Fi access point works from the car outside, I used it to check Gmail and news headlines after returning from the atm, during open hours, no login needed.
