Very good, very pleasant staff,I go in once a month for cash for month with my usual list, they are so patient & decifer my scribble.THEY CALL ME BY M.RS lAWHowever, the website did not say they were closed on New Years day, my son took me up but they were closed.! So please up date & give notice when going to be closed please. HAVING SAID THAT YOU ALL DESERVE NEW YEAR DAY OFF, NO NEED TO OPEN. ALL THE OTHER RETAIL OUTLETS WERE CLOSED TOO.

Only went in to get cash from the machine, and it swallowed my card. Went to speak to a member of staff, who was very indifferent to my situation, and extremely smug, not at all bothered or interested in the problem. Even when I told her I couldn't get home without my card, as I needed it to pay the bus fare.

Really Bad service. Cut long story short The staff did not have any willingness to help you at all. With all due respect most of the staff is near to there pension age and have interest to do anything Simple as.

Tried to call customer service to ask a simple question not related to my account. Not a chance. After 4.5 minutes having to give my dob, account detils etc to a machine i was on hold for 25 minutes and still no answer. Gave up and took my 16k elswhere. stuff lloyds. very bad service. got a £140 bonus for moving to Santander who answered and helped in under 3 minutes. If you want a helpfull bank that cares lloyds is not the answer.

Had to go up Lloyds bank Castle bromwich today another scam someone trying to hack in my account. Debbie was wonderful trying to help cancelled my card.Many thanks all in these trying times

Nearly always a queue in here. Staff do really try their best to help get the queue down by showing you how to use paying in machine.
