Went in on Saturday, had the pleasure to be seen by Francesco have to say the best customer service, nothing was to much trouble? thank you for a great service. Lloyds would benefit from getting you to deliver training to all your staff around the country ?

Lloyds at northfield took my credit card payment twice. Then they sent me a text saying DD won't be paid. I went in, they had no idea which DD hadn't been paid. They agreed they had taken my money twice but. Has far as I can find out they havntpaid my money back to my account. They didn't want to sort it. None of the 5 staff had a name badge. My next creditcsrd bill should have been here on the 9th of March. It hasnt arrived.
When I got there I was having an asthma attack. Not one of the staff offered me a glass of water or a seat. If they don't pay the 2nd payment back I'm going to be in debt. Iv told them this. Still dosnt look like they are willing to give me my money back. What can I do?

While previously I had great service at my local Lloyds branch in Northfield today it was awful. Staff meeting and greeting customers appeared to be hesitant and unhelpful, despite branch being almost empty on a Saturday morning. I have asked for 'life' pension form to be certified which was flatly refused. Without this form the pension I am receiving from abroad will be stopped. ?

Had an issue with my card it wasn't working so the lady who approaches you when you walk in ordered me a new one, and the manager let me withdraw all the money in my bank when usually there's a £100 a day limit so very thankful for that . 5 * service.

Went in as advised by Lloyds customer services over the phone due to a potential card fraud. No one able to help at the branch and all they could do was put in me a room with a call to customer services again. I was left alone in the room on the phone for over an hour. Not one single soul came in to check if I was alright. Imagine my distress! I managed to get someone?s attention while in a queue to speak to card fraud on the phone for over 20mins, and all she said to me was ?do you want to phone them from home??When I finally finished the phone call I walked out of the branch without any member of staff asking if I had sorted my issues or asking if I was okay. The lack of knowledge, professionalism and sympathy just shocked me!I gave one star only because this review won?t let me post this otherwise.

Terrible service they never answer the phone and sometimes they just cut you off. Will not be banking with these much longer
