Visited the branch today for an official name change and the staff were the most helpful friendly bunch of people I've met in any branch or any shop I've visited. A huge thank you to the 2 lovely ladies on the customer service desk who treated me with so much dignity and respect. I simply cannot rate you highly enough. Thank you for an extremely pleasant visit today!

Sat there for about an hour and half, people with the most moodiest faces ever, Waited nearly an hour and half for my card to be unblocked just for them to lie and say that have, got home and called lloyds as i was facing even more issues, Was later told they didn?t do anything at all, do not go here, may aswell go to kings heath, probs get more respect there.

The staff are always nice and respectful, however this bank closes at half 3 during the week when every other branch is open until 5 which is a massive inconvenience to the residents of acocks green and causes the bank to be consistently busy.

Very disappointed with this bank in Acocks green no help from this team I had a few problems they gave me wrong number and every time I went there I just felt like they didn't care. Lloyd's bank you are a failure

It was an amazing experience in the branch specially Jazz was a superstar in the team she has really helped my brother to open an account as he is new in the country. The manager Charlotte and her probably best friend Michelle been pure British and stereotype don't want to open new account to roumanian and Asian people they have standards..........shame they are not racist only they have preference thanks uk for the neo racist ppl who have powers to decide if you have rights or not
