Very rude staff especially Michelle!! Refused to serve me as it was 4.58 and they close at 5. She was well rude about it and told me she wasn?t going to do overtime for me as she wants to go home! I am absolutely disgusted and contemplating banking elsewhere!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!

Very long waiting time in there and the customer service isn?t great either they are rude in there something needs to change in there and it looks like it never get cleaned even the cash machine inside isn?t very well kept

No waiting in line to deposit cheques, the use of one machine inside the building takes cash and cheques, simple to use if in doubt there is always a clerk to help you through the process, very handy if you are in a rush.

That short hair grampy lady is resist! Stay for 5 minutes and watch to realise that she is friendly only with white British customers and chatting for long time, for rest her answer is no only! This branch is my nearest however using town centre!

Absolutely appalling customer service! Went in today after ages and Kim served me, she was really rude and sarcastic with how she spoke to me. I went to the side to count my money after and she gave me £4 less than what was stated so I had to go back to her and she blamed me stating I confused her. Kim you only work for the bank, you don?t own it, you need to learn some respect and brush up on your customer service skills.
