Need to open an account for my son, applied online but had problems to upload the required documents. Went to the Erdington High Street Branch and Albert helped me out a lot and completed the application with me, he was really helpful and explained the process effectively. Done in under half an hour.

My account has been BLOCKED well over a WEEK and will now be for yet another week making it 2 WEEKS I CANNOT DRAW OUT out my MONEY .
So I?ve had to now OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT BARCLAYS up at INSTEAD . Already up and running straight away GOOD BARCLAYS so come here to BARCLAYS INSTEAD .. after setting up yst Fri 23 Aug .
and the guy at this branch Eardinghton TOLD me the BIGGEST LLIE ever on Monday that my account be running tomorrow Tue 20 Aug ?but there was no point going back to Erdinghton as they didn?t want to know on Monday so what DREADFUL SERVICE..
So don?t go to this branch at all as y will be in worse way like me for 2 weeks can?t draw enough money fora 5 star Hotel bill week stay .
How or is this to a bank when I ve got money
And I don?t like asking for money as my poor dad a friend didn?t repay him back for thousands .
And luckily that friend died and was a family and we were happy and glad he died !!
So what goes arnd always comes arnd ?so watch out that Lloyds bank guy !!!!!!
Lloyds bank needs referring to go to mental hopital hopital to improve their personality and customer service. This is the perfect place for you all . . ? The Nightingale Marleybone London .for Personality Disorder so y can be treat your customers better service please ..
And is excellent services and recommendation . You are not imprisoned in and can explore London every day part of your recovery plan. and go to Spa Swimming . . Theatre shows etc and wknd leaves get extended longer or even stay a nice hotel in London y have more choices than any other hospital.

Went into branch today for assistance with a rollover of 2Fixed Rate Bonds.We were unable to arrange an appointment as the diary was full so the enquiry member of staffConsulted the manager to confirm we would still be entitled to our preferential rate.The Manager was less than helpful and made a statement which I found dismissive and derogatory ?You needed help before ?I replied ?Not with the bonds we did?nt ??You did ? he replied!He made us feel like incompetent members of the public.Does he relies his job relies on his customers?Fortunately the member of staff who I am assuming is a lower grade knew how to conduct herself and provided all the assistance required.

No problem paying in money said was having problems purchasing online was told I had to go to other person. Went to her was not interested she started to talk to customer behind me. Absolutely disgusred

The staff are very helpful and professional.On one occasion, my card and cash got stuck in the deposit machine. The member of staff that assisted me, whose name I didn?t get, immediately went to retrieve my card and cash from the machine. I was really impressed at the efficient and professional service.

Really behind with the times. Still have to deposit with an envelope at the cash point. Money should be showing in my account by now, but still no sign. Online chat advisors have very little knowledge and need more training.

Unhelpful and unprofessional staff making comments when dealing with them. Same requests in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham city centre and Castle Bromwich no issues at all, just friendly, helpful staff.

I tried to open classic account online and had problem with the app. So I went to this branch I only dealt with Samantha so I would like to show appreciation to Samantha in the advice point she was very welcoming I liked the energy tbh and sorted the issue swiftly and opened the account for me.
