I wanted to withdraw some money, but there was an issue with my bank card, so I needed to call the card issuer. While I was sitting in the lobby making the call, a staff member rudely asked me to leave. It was incredibly disrespectful.

I have business account with this bank and I had unsatisfactory experience with 2 staff working on this branch. and one of the staff so unprofessional working on the bank .I'm gonna report this staff to the head office soon as possible .

Terrible place. rude staff very very bad service did not even bother listening to our questions/requests. Very rude and told us he would not help us at all. It was very awful and felt like we were being kicked out and not respected. Do not recommend anyone going here

I went to the local bank sometime last week. I have to say, the young man on the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Had a lovely conversation regarding my mortgage and a savings account.Really informative conversation. Great change to other workers on the counter. Even got his name as I promised to write an honest review: kojian. Unfortunately, had to wait a while in line.

This is terrible agency ever. They asked me a proof of my money to deposit in my account. It is a personal things and it isn?t my over £10K. Ridiculous and after I went to West Brom agency and i didn?t have any problem. They are lazy to count the money and they made to lose my time .i will make a official repost about it because for me it was a discrimination and not rule.

Avoid if you can. Very slow, staff milk every customer so they don't have to work as hard. Absolute joke. Roll on cashless everything so these morons need to find a job where they will actually have to work
