I went into branch today with my mum there was 6 members of staff on the floor but only one person at the till Taz who was doing his best to get through the 11 people in the queue. His colleagues were wondering about sam or sami was carrying an ipad that was closed and watching his colleagues , work some were sitting around waiting to do thing but non thought it mite he helpful to come over to the cash desk and support customers. a customer behind me was on cruches and asked if she could go ahead of me as she was finding it hard to stand. Very disappointed with the customer service in this branch and the poor customer service

We have had excellent service from the Handsworth branch. Especially from the branch manager Sue who has gone above and beyond to help us. Her colleague Sak asked for her support & She has reached out to a colleague called Diyar who has helped with our financial needs. I am very happy with this service provided to us. Thank you.

Very poor performance and service from the employees at lloyds. I?ve waited 20 mins to get bank statements whilst the bank was not busy. One of their employees were gossip whilst I was waiting.

I don't understand how these (stupid)l people get employed in banks ,I've never known anyone as stupid and thick as the workers in this bank , a bloomin monkey can do a better job .
