This place is utter ridiculous, every SINGLE time.i try to come and use this bank for 1 reason or another the car park is without fail always rammend, and 95% of the time tje people that have parked here dont even use the bank its just a all day free for all car park , the bank would have many more customers if it wasn't for inconsiderate people , put some parking fines around car park use your brains and grt this problem sorted .

Dont usually go in but was met by Louise who makes the branch a place you can go to. Met with a smile, jovial, helpful and attentive. Honestly, I think she needs to be placed in another branch as she is being overlooked. The manager, needs to stick a smile on her face and learn from Louise on how to interact with customers, dismissive attitude and behaviour around customers. If you don't want to be working in that area let it be known to your employers. Thank you Louise for your help

I was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service from the staff, who appeared untrained in communication and customer etiquette. Additionally, the long queues were made worse by certain individuals jumping ahead with little intervention from the staff to manage the situation.

Avoid their ATM machine, its faulty and been tampered with. I wanted to cash out £400 and it just gave me £10. Plus their carpark is full of druggies and junkies. If you see the video, you'll see the state of the ATM machine. Llyods bank machine shouldn't be like that where it's broken and where the money comes out, it's been bent in different ways. Clearly the machines are not checked regularly.

I went to this branch today and the lady who i spoke to was totally rude and un professional I was a victim of fraud and I wanted to explain the full details to her she didn't at all lisen to me and was rude and totally unprofessional I then told her I shall be going to another branch of lyods who sorted my enquiry out efficiently this lady in the lyods bank bordesley green branch needs to get her attitude fixed and learn how to talk professionally with people i am very upset by this no customer service at all absolutely awful staff member llyods bank need to give customer service training again to the staff.

I didn?t even want to give 1 star because the service was so poor. I went today to the branch at Bordesley green for a deposit. There was a long queue for deposit and the counter was totally free, but still the staff told the customers to use the self service deposit machine unless you have to deposit a big amount like (£2000).
I spoke to the branch manager Ms HIFZA about the long queue. She was rude, didn?t talk nicely and told me to go to the post office if i can?t wait. When i asked to have more machines, she rudely answered that there is no space for another self service machine.
Branch manager Ms HIFZA has got no customer skill and was very rude and to be honest I have never come across a manager like her, i don?t have any complaints for the other staff as they were polite and doing what they were asked to do.
Normally i don?t give a review but because of how the manager dealt with my issue i have had to.

Absolute nightmare. No customer service. Agents are shouting all along because they have to go for break. Deposit machine broke after 2 transaction. Waited 10 minutes before anyone notices you. Then the agent went back fixed the machine. But to my shock told me I can't deposit £5 notes as they causes a lot of problems. I requested that let me try but she was abrupt that I should join the back of the qué or give other people behind me do their transactions or better go to the post office and do the deposit. Really dreadful. To my surprise they were serving all together 6 customer between the 4 advisors but it was an absolute chaos.

I went to Bosley Green Bank for important work..... The staff was very nice there. The environment was very nice and especially from the banking consultant Ethan Bassey very nice person.
He is a very sophisticated person and a person who talks in great detail in a very low tone?
He guided me very well.....
I appreciate all the bankers providing Good services.....
Must go to this bank and get their services...
