Thus issue on a Monday isn't fair you don't know what your doing to people on controlled medication life's if this isn't resolved soon you shouldnt be taking blue scripts because not opening at all is leaving people in a bad way when it's open the staff are lovely but recently there has been serious issues due to opening hours

Never open n when they are it's a half hour wait on a good day 2 hours on a bad one if U use this pharmacy I highly recommend don't even acknowledge the women in there else ud wish U never even went in.

Female pharmacist refused to issue my essential daily meds. She was rude, dismissive and straight up lied by saying she'd already given me my prescription the week before, when I had never stepped inside the pharmacy before in my life. Switched pharmacies immediately. Shocking behaviour for somebody with a duty.of care to the public.

Firstly, the pharmacist claimed not to have received my repeat prescription, then miraculously found it after I'd spoken to the doctor's receptionist and confirmed it had been sent over online 24 hours earlier. Then when I got home I found I'd been given an empty box, so returned to the pharmacy and waited 20 minutes for a box with medication in it (mixed brands). 2.5 hours of my life this mockery of customer service cost me! I won't be using this store again, there are plenty of alternative pharmacies.

The remain closed most of the time. I visited today between 1 to 2pm they said it the lunch time then I visited again at 5:20pm they were closed at that time also though the poster at the door says that it closes at 6pm. Don't know if they work also or remain closed.

I have to say , I am very fond of all the staff at jhoots . They have really have looked after me. I?m on a lot of medication and I only trust the staff I have never had any issues. Customers service is always amazing the staff are sooooo, friendly. I don?t understand why other people have really put nasty reviews on here. It?s disgusting. I love them all best pharmacist I?ve ever been to.

Iv been with jhoots over a year now and I just want to say the ladies who serve me go above and beyond nosh ruks and Lee are very friendly very efficient and nothing is to much trouble ' it actually brightens my day popping in ' so 10/10 for service ' thankyou

I don?t trust for my medicine to be delivered at this pharmacy anymore because of the incredibly rude girls they have working there in case the needle with my medicine because they don?t like me.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Came before 6, younger ladies told me to come before half 5, even though it says on the website 6. Everyone runs busy lives and I understand that, but waiting in the queue after picking up all the kids and then going quickly to get their prescriptions and then being told to wait another 5 minutes as it is not ready, even though was supposed to be collected 3 days before, is disgusting behaviour by the staff here. I spoke calmly staff saying you should be more efficient in terms of your line and your are lacking customer service, in a result I got told that we understand you feel that way. Instead of trying to brush it off fix your own problems first. Been coming here for 15-20 year and I?m fed up these past few years now !

I went to pick up my prescription today and I asked how to use the thing i picked up, there was one somali hijabi who gave me the most passive aggressive answer ever - i?m not being racist or islamophobe, i?m arab and muslim myself ! But the way she responded to me when i simply asked her how to use my prescription, she could have simply told me to speak with the gp, but she goes and says : im busy right now, do you mind waiting ?
I appreciate you?re busy and i don?t have a problem taking it with the GP instead but telling me that you?re busy in a somewhat ?annoyed tone? - was shocking to me ! I don?t understand why people get into industries that they can?t handle ! If you studied to become a pharmacist, you need to have the patience for it.
Honestly i dread going to that pharmacy just coz of the way they treat people.
