Terrible pharmacy, chaotic, staff are completely oblivious of their bad customer service. I dropped a prescription as the pharmacist on a lunch break. Told them I will come back in 2 hours to pick the medications before I go to work. Arrived and no one was even aware that there was a prescription waiting to be prepared. What is worse after all this they tell me that they don?t have the full stock of medications!!!I spoke to the pharmacist in charge and instead of reassuring me that this should never have happened and that he will do something about it he tells me that I can not do anything about it!Terrible to say the least. I have changed to another pharmacy as complete waste of space and my time. Avoid!!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy you will ever go to. I have been going here for 5 years and I rarely ever need to use it so I haven?t changed it. But everytime I go they have some type of issue. I went to the pharmacy and they kept me wait for hours because they have backlog. They have had this backlog for 5 years that I have been going there. Never on time. Unsympathetic and rude staff. Never willing to solve any problems. Do not choose this pharmacy. The whole place needs to be shut down.

the staff take more time gossiping than actually working. i am sick to my back teeth of waiting for 20 mins nearly every time i go there, which i have to as its the local pharmacy for my partener. they are useless. get better staff

Once again, l spent nearly 3 hours trying to call. But no one answered. Eventually l went to collect my prescription, waited 30 minutes and after the wait, one medication was missed. Asked the question why it was not there. I was told to come back another day or take it to another pharmacy. The woman was was very rude, tellingthat they were short staffed. At which l said its not my problem and she said its not her problem . The whole idea of having a pharmacy next to the surgery is quick availability of your medication, but here even after a week you are unable to get you prescription.I will report this incident today to the head office.

Very slow service?.. They took so long at the back. One person has to be on the counter to serve. Just wanted to buy thermometer. Left without buying because Dont know what they are doing at the back. Will never go back there?.

I'd give 5 stars if they answered the phone. Staff are great, helpful & friendly but waiting times can sometimes be an issue as it is very busy at times. Not open weekends.

The worst Pharmacy ever. 3 people in, and nobody is available give my medication because pharmacist got break. Always waiting long time event prescription has been sent couple days ago.

No body ever picks the phone. Now tgat that l have come collect the medicine. The doors are locked, because they have a delivery. The really need to get there act right. 5 people waiting for mor ghan half an hour ?

Worar pharmacy ever.Despite me calling ahead of time, they never have mediactions ready. Always have to wait for 20 minutes plus. Very disorganised and unprofessional. Missed an item most recently and given an incorrect item previously.

Worst pharmacy. The staff is unprofessional and there's always a que there. They make you wait 15 minutes just to get bloody prescription. The lady behind counter just chewing a gum while dealing customers and shouting at them to adress them. Stupids

Disorganised and ineffective. Multiple times I have given them a week to sort out a repeat prescription and they still don't get around to having it ready to collect. No, that's going to be another 30 to 45 mins wait. Oh look, and it has shortages too - how could we have known?
