***Warning a Karen definitely works at this branch***I booked a diabetes test at my local branch via Lloyd's Pharmacy's main website.A very abrasive women called me from the Rubery branch to berate me for trying to use the online booking portal because they no longer offer those services.Instead of apologising to me for the inconvenience, I was told off because Lloyd's head office failing to update their website is some how my fault.I apologised for attempting to access basic healthcare and thanked the rude madam for cancelling my appointment.Not my first experience with rude members of staff at this branch either. I'll stick to Knights from now on.

I visited here after work and was essentially interrogated as to why I wanted to come in! I was told it was 1 in 1 out reserved for patients collecting prescription as they were short staffed but the store was empty , I knew what I wanted and would've been done in two minutes.There was no queue to get in so I would've had no involvement in causing any delays!The fact I was made to feel bad , even punished, for wanting to spend my money in here speaks for itself.I don't know if you'd just had a bad day or something happened but please don't take it out on customers -I was made to feel like I was being spoken to like a teenager but I'm nearly 30!

never fail to be kind and nice and polite and helpful all the girls and the lovely lady that gets all medicine ready.. always welcoming with fantastic covid rules and i feel so comtable as i suffer from anxiety i will only feel ok going to llyods chemist.. thank you girls for all your help and support carry on all.being AMAZING keep up your fantastic work of being so kind and helpful MASSIVE THANKYOU to u all AMAZING LADIES???

fantastic now under new management.. Debbie and the girls have really upped there game! Store runs efficiently and the girls are super polite and eager to help. Staff willing to go above and beyond for their customers. - what more could you ask for!

I've used this for around 3 years now and the place is in decline. I can't really comment on the staff. Yes they can be abrupt but they are probably as frustrated as the customer! If you need a prescription urgently either do not use or try to do all you can to chase it through. I've waited 48 hours for non urgent today and still not ready!!!

Paid for a full prescription, pharmacy only had half. Came back for the rest a few weeks later to be told it couldn't be found. Didn't have time to wait while they searched the whole shop so went back today. Told because it hadn't been collected it had been sent back but it was ok because the prescription had been reissued. For which I had the privilege of paying for. So my prescription is 60 tablets I got 30. Nobody said there was a time limit on collection.This pharmacy had gone downhill since they closed the one over the road.Voted with my feet, changed my nominated pharmacy.

took my dad off the delivery system 4 months ago for is medications which it his heart pills blood pressure etc. without any respect to let him know. he called them today, asking when and why and was told I missed one deliver of his medication I may. remember they don't give out a day or a time when they would be delivered, sadly my dad has to go out. would not be going there again totally disgusted I wouldn't even give it a 1 star

Sat waiting for my sons prescription that was electronically sent from GP three days ago. So far I have waited 20mins for something that should have been waiting for me. Appalling service. Just hope I get my prescription before they close tonight!!!

Since the old pharmacy closed down and transfered across to he larger one,the whole lot seems to have gone haywire. It is tottaly unacceptable to say the least. Prescriptions which have come down electronically from the Gp 5 days previous are not ready ,precriotions mixed up etc.
I miss the old one as do lots of others whom i have spoken too.
As i said previously,totaly unacceptable.
The service in the old one was 2nd to non.
