Terrible experience at Lidl in Cradley. Whilst the produce is good and reasonably priced, got to checkout loaded everything on, placed trolley at end. Girl with pink streaked hair scanning so fast could barely keep up with loading back in the trolley. She was pushing my items further and further until a can of hairspray fell on the floor in till space. She picked it up and put it back on counter with spray piece missing without a care. I said ?could I have another one please? to which she replied whilst still continuing to scan ?you?ll have to go and get one, I can?t leave the till? I replied ?I don?t think so after you?ve practically just thrown it on the floor?. Another member of staff heard and went to fetch me another. She was rude and had no care for the items I was handing over good money for. Let?s hope she ain?t like that with all the customers!

Lidl has some good produce at good prices. Sometimes items are in odd places, but staff are happy to help you locate them. The only negative is that there are always long queues at the checks out with only 1 or 2 tills open. This isn't a particular store. It's every one I've been in no matter what time it is.
