I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your stores at Blackheath.I visited Lidl today, (22/08/25 , time 18:34)as I do regularly every week with my two children. Unfortunately, the experience at the till was very upsetting.
The gentleman at the checkout treated us in a very dismissive and disrespectful manner, as if we were an inconvenience. This is not the first time ? it has happened three times now, and each time the experience has been more disappointing.TID****2668.he is pretending like we are garbage.
He appeared impatient and made us feel rushed, especially when we tried to open the Lidl Plus app at the checkout. His behavior was stressful and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we couldn?t open the lidl plus app also.
As a regular customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect as a human.This experience has left me feeling very disheartened, and I hope Lidl takes customer care more seriously.

I am a regular customer but every Suday tills are never ready for 10 am. Staff opens them with delay and then some of the tills are actually not working. Disgrace for such a large company!

Good choice of produce, misleading price labeling I feel. I can get a cheaper weekly shop elsewhere. Staff nice. Clean shop.

Can't fault the place. Some branded products at good prices. Try the brands you've never heard of. Most of them are great value and as good if not better than names you'd pay for.

Cashier was arrogant, bad mannered and rude she continued to have a loud conversation with an off work colleague whilst serving. Did not give eye contact. Did not use any pleasantries and no thank you?s despite me saying it . Also she handed the receipt with head turned in opposite direction whilst still talking to a friend that was next in the queue at end of conveyer belt . Extremely POOR customer service!!!
