I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lidl, mainly due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism displayed by the store manager, Adnan. I was interested in purchasing a restricted product and requested to see the terms and conditions associated with it. However, Adnan refused to show them to me, which left me feeling very frustrated and unsure about the store's policies.
In addition, the messages I received from him were inconsistent. Each time I asked for clarification, I got different responses that contradicted each other, making it difficult to understand the correct information. It was clear that he either didn't fully know the policies himself or was unwilling to provide a straightforward answer.
As a customer, I believe it's fair to expect clarity and transparency, especially when it comes to restrictions on certain products. This experience has unfortunately affected my trust in Lidl's management and commitment to good customer service.

Nice place to buy groceries. I bought a mat for my car's boot, it is rubber and does the job. Now my car boot stay clean.

This is my neighbour branch and i have do my dailies here.
The atmosphere is electric apart from service specifically of a shift manager named "LAUREN" was tremendously rude and guilty of racism.
To the management of LIDL, this would be a negative to carry on such a raciest manager.

Lidl Supermarket offers a fantastic shopping experience! The store is nice and clean, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, which makes the visit even more pleasant. Their selection of high-quality items is impressive, especially given the competitive prices. If you're looking for a supermarket that combines great customer service with excellent products, Lidl is highly recommended.

plenty of choice at a good price, good selection of products. nice loyalty scheme to collect every month. prices are shooting up now but still one of the cheapest places around. staff are very friendly and helpful. prices are creeping up a bit but still less expensive than most.
