Been coming here all my life, since it was a Kwik Save and my family owned the Farmfoods across the road. After paying, I got physically stopped by security and staff that could barely speak English for ?shoplifting? ( I was not shoplifting), a senior came to apologise and the feral staff member simply ran away like a child. It was really bizarre.

Awful, consitantly the worst supermarket expereince ever. Management need a complete swap out, the incompetence at this location is insane. Not only have I been illgeally battered by security at this location before, after establishing that I did infact have nothing on me at all let alone anything stolen but this location is always suffering from essentials not being stocked and AWFUL queues. I always try to avoid this shop but with it being local sometimes I have to, explain to me how 80% of the time I go to this I dont get the items I need and always have to wait exessively long to pay, its so great to see that they opened 6 more new self checkouts just for the old ones to always be closed now, honestly please please PLEASE sort this out or just do a us a favour and shut the location down and let a company who can handle the basics take over. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DRIVE to different locations just becuase this shop is beyond awful. SORT IT OUT

Extra self-service tills. Good staff. Good quality food. The store has had a refurbishment. More self- service tills.

You should stop this freebies on your app . As today for just a mere 50p freebie on your app . My partner dropped by at the Lidl store in Hereford with his motorhome . No spaces to park a big motorhome and yet he wants to go and shop on your store . He is determined to park in between cars but there is a lot of stress for me to persuade him not to ? otherwise he will scrape cars on both sides . It is not worth dropping to collect a mere 50p worth of freebie if you will end up paying thousands of damages on the tiny small spaces of car parks .
Thank God ? he listen to me this time .
He is someone who cannot ignore the marketing strategy of freebies . He just wanted to go and get in .

In general I live Lidl but I hate this particular one, worst in terms of availability, always out of stock of all useful items.
Edit: they have recently renovated the whole store, it's slightly bigger now with larger aisles and slightly better stocks. The main issue of most common items being almost always out of stock has improved to an extent but it still persists, it's probably the high demand as it's in an area which sees very high footfall. Increasing 1 star frm 3 to 4
