I'm a regular shopper here and I must say they've recently gotten alot better. All the cash machines are working and it's always stocked up. I have seen three robberies occur here but I guess that's out of the workers controll. Overall, good supermarket.

this lidl is the worst here in Birmingham, I went there to buy normally and I wanted to buy a packet water and the lady or manager yells at me for no reason to tell me to stop and only take one when I live far away and I can't always buy water. the manager was rude and there was never a sign saying how many i can take to buy, for me this lild needs a good manager who is kind and not an idiot who yells and doesn't know how to speak with respect.

This store, like all other Lidl stores, have a very large selection of goods on offer. The prices are reasonable. Recommended? Definitely.

Only giving a 1 star as you have to .Really rude badly spoken deputy manager called Luis his customers service skills are a disgrace..On four seperate occasions he has been rude to me and ive witnessed him being rude to other customers asking him about products and it seems to anger him make that make sense .I don't understand how he is still working for Lidil ? as the way he acts like he does not want to be there or in fact it could be the fact that the area is mostly of ethnic minority amd he seems to act like we are trash..Even so we deserve to be treated with respect and not be belittled by Luis.

Very poor service the lady who was serving me left the checkout and went cleaning and mane customer's was Whiting she comes back and tock the payments after clearing and she wasn't bothered never go they again or even my friend and family'sAm Sorry not happy at all .

Extremely Rude Asian Manager. Looked as if he has done some drugs when he came out of the staff room.Asked him if I could use the Toilet. He said "the handle is broken. Are you Blind". Poor site/store maintenance. It clearly states on signage that to ask a member of staff to access the toilet.Definitely won't be returning. They had a staff toilet which was functioning but was refused. Which is understandable. Although keeping their staff toilet functioning and the customer not. Does not make sense. As the store is open for customers. They would have some decency and basic customer service to keep all facilities functioning to the highest of standards.
