Most of the long term staff consistently offer very good customer service so this review is no reflection on those familiar faces that have been working there for years. I was a little disappointed at my last visit as the newly appointed check out assistant was a bit sulky and lacking in basic customer service skills. The least I'd expect would be a 'please' and 'thank you' which was entirely lacking. The assistant I had seemed more interested in continuing a non-work related conversation with her colleague. Could do with some retraining or just hire assistants who can multi-task better and 'present.'

Cien liquid handwash has become poor in quality. When washing your hands it is not soapy enough. It's more like hand sanitiser.
