Rudest staff ever paid £10 per person entrance and they’re out of 90% of drinks taps aren’t working so they’re serving from bottles of pop that they ran out off. Asked for a refund on entrance after being in 15 min and told its noting to do with them.

On arrival we were told it was £15 each for entry, we thought this was very steep however as we were out for a friends birthday i reluctantly paid for me and my partner so £30 just on entry. Upon entering was forced to surrender my jacket in this awful cold weather. Was quoted £8.50 to get inside, then it jumped up all of a sudden to £15. Was told because I'm a man I have to pay more.
