Saj (Interior designer) took deposit fo £3000 to design the house. Did 25% of the work and now disappeared. Total fraud. This money wont bring happiness to you. Mark my words Saj. You are the only person who did fraud with me.

I was promised a new bed & mattress but was sent out the display bed with the mattress torn, then told they couldn't refund me,I would have see what management said. Also parts for the bed were missing i.e two internal legs which they told was fine I didn't need, on top of that no assembly instructions.Do not use this company.

Even 1 star is to much, came in the store today for the first time and upon entering the customer service was absolutely Disgusting not a single welcome or greet, walked around the showroom and i did like a few things but no one bothered approaching to help, as we left they didn?t even seem bothered clearly to much money and they love a good gossip instead of welcoming new customers and helping them ! 5 people at the front and not single how can i help, i mean go back to school and learn the basics for anyone looking to go don?t waste your time !

We actually drove past this place and then came back to it. It was worth it come take a look for yourself It's massive they have different style of sofas and dinning tablesTo clocks,mirrors,wall deco ect.They didn't have what I was looking for but I enjoyed the walk around.Great will pop in again.

Would not recommend this place at all avoid at all cost. Told my sofa I ordered would be 6 weeks waiting 21 weeks to have to then change the colour. They told me all sofa could be dismantled for then to then deliever and wud not fit three door after being told all the arms could be taken off had to then wait two weeks for them to take warehouse and take apart Delievery driver ripped my new flooring twice. Lady called me 1 week after this was reported to tell me I was lieing and spoke to me discuting Sofa went bak after 2 weeks as all the stitching came undone on the front nightmare custmer services would AVOID!!!!!!!!

Giving a 1 star rating is being more than generous , ordering a sofa from this company was the worst mistake I have ever made and from start to finish nothing short of horrendous.when our new chair and sofa arrived they were 2 different colours!!!and after multiple calls ( quite often no answer ) and visits to the showroom to be told that we wouldn't be able to have to have it replaced as there were no more in stock and they couldnt get anymore made , meaning that they always new that they wouldn't match but chanced it anyway.After finally getting a refund the delivery team came to collect the mismatch of furniture they sent us the final straw was him biting his nail and spitting it on the kitchen floor.Between the nail spitting delivery man and the untrustworthy sales staff they would be more suited getting a job at the zoo picking up penguins that have fallen over!

Ordered two recliner chairsOrdered two recliner chairs, had to chase delivery after a couple of weeks after they were due, to then be told that the one chair was no longer in stock and they would send a similar one with same spec.They eventually got delivered, now after nearly 4 months the covering off the foot part on the one chair is falling off in big chunks, and cracking and peeling off on in other parts.I emailed the company explaining and showing them photos to be told that it was sold as seen as it was a reduced item and that there is no warranty, the case being it was an ex demo and the items were sold as seen.Well they were not sold as seen because the one chair was not what I purchased it was a substitute.Even an Ex demo should surely not be falling apart after such little use amyway, I would hate to think what the quality of their other sofas are like.Don't waste your money and time.

We booked online one showroom visit. We get there and no one was expecting us. They still allow as to go in then asked us what we were looking for. I said we are looking for a 3 seat sofa bed. They said we haven't got any but they haven't mentioned any catalogue or options. So I said that ok as I still looking for a 2 seat sofa either. We did start looking all around the showroom. But no one was there to help as they seat they assess on the desk chair. 20 minutes later one of them showed up and asked if we found what we were looking for. Then they asked the budget value, I said we haven't planed budget value as we still try to decide what's fitting on our living room. Then they showed me the catalogue of 200 pages in one minute and try to rushed us to the exit saying that we can look online as they have loads of sofas there. Just feeling disappointed. Before you buy a car you doing a test drive. So I would like to test on the sofa where mostly of the time will be expended.

If only you could give a zero rating!!Shocking quality, poor customer service .. the only positive about this company is the delivery and collection guys.I Brought two sofa?s they came delivered in boxes and had to built up !! When I opened the box and was expecting to see a black sofa o facade with multi coloured sofa, some panels were black other were a a green colour!! It?s took another week for the sofas to be collected and two weeks later no refund!! Avoid!! Poor quality and zero customer service and clearly a company that don?t like to give customers their money back when their poor quality goods are returned!!

If I could give this place 0 I would. Utter shambles. Ordered a 2 and 3 seater ex display sofa end of Feb. Got a phone call a couple of weeks later on a Wednesday saying your sofa is out for delivery tomorrow to which I said I'm at work and my wife will be out so please can I rearrange the delivery. They said yes thats fine. So I left it a couple of weeks to give me time to remove my old sofa arrange a slot at the tip and get a day off. Agreed to the delivery on the Friday as I booked a day off at short notice. Delivery was between 10 and 1. Got a phone call about 2.20pm saying we're 10 mins away. So pre emptivley I took the living room door off for easier access and the hall way door. When they arrived I took the porch door off. The driver said have you already had a sofa from us as we only have 1 on board for you. Obviously I hadn't and they said we have a 3 seater and a swivel chair (not what I ordered). So phoned the store and the said it would be out Monday leaving my children with no sofa to sit on as we still had half of our corner sofa to sit on. Monday came no sign of them so rang the store only to be told there's nothing on the van for me as they had apparently lost the 2 seater sofa and were searching the warehouse. Told I would be called back but nothing so rang again told I would be rang back but again nothing. Tuesday still nothing so told them to cancel it refund us and we will go elsewhere.This place is an utter shambles no communication at all. I have doubts this sofa was actually ever available for sale.

We bought a corner sofa from here. Was a cheap on at 408 quid including delivery. We weren't expecting something incredible for that price. But what we got looks good but has zero comfort factor. The cushions may as well be filled with newspaper as they have lost all support within 10 days. The frame and base are quite sturdy but the lack of comfort and quality padding in the cushions make it a 2 star review.I get it was cheap and you get what you pay for but you would expect a level of comfort.Can't fault the dispatch and delivery time as we ordered it and recieved it within three weeks.Would I recommend here? If you want a cheap sofa, no. But I guess there more expensive sofas are better quality.

If I could leave zero stars then I would, I cannot say how disappointed I am regarding the sofa we bought from here. We are 10 days down the line the cushions are completely misshapen and ruined and wood pushing through everywhere. We spent 400 odd quid on this sofa, and today have just had to fork out another 500 for a replacement. Returns only accepted if still in packaging, who is going to get a sofa and not unwrap it. Delivery was smooth and fast can't fault that but the quality is SHOCKING!

Excellent service ,the only problem I had was the sofa wasn't delivered on the due date planned, I had to contact sofa world to find out the reason why there was no delivery. In the end it all worked out fine as they offered to loan me a sofa.??Then after 7 days they called to let me know my new sofa had arrived and was ready for delivery. They delivered the original settee 7 days later and took away the loaned settee with no hassle. The delivery guys were very carefull as we had the lounge refitted. I would highly recommend leather world ?

How are we still waiting for a sofa we ordered in August 2020??Constant lies and you as a company are a joke!!Really disgusted with you. Shocking all round from you all.Richard tried to help but failed miserably while everyone else just seem like dummies.We drove to you from London and expected some respect as we spent £1200 with you.I honestly do not understand how you are a company still when it is run like this.What a disgrace!!!
