I arrived shortly before their closing time of 10pm thinking they?d probably close early, but they didn?t. They were friendly, prompt and efficient. I was in and out very quickly. The only downside is the lack of parking in the area, but certainly not a fault of the pharmacy itself.

Fantastic service and staff. Helped us on Xmas day when the drugs prescribed were not and available and were needed urgently. The owner and their amazing staff went above and beyond to liaise with City hospital and ensure my wife had the treatment she needed on Christmas Day. We are grateful to be of their service and wish them all a happy new year!

Seems like a lot of mixed reviews here but I'll share my experience from the other night as it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a pharmacy. I was having prescription issues all weekend and had to call 111 multiple times to get things sorted, and this was my closest pharmacy that was open late on Sundays. However the doctor that wrote my new prescription for penicillin didn't admission the full amount. The pharmacist here noticed that, and said to call back 111 so I can get my proper dosage. He was incredibly patient and considerate, and let me sit in his office while being on hold, and even offered to talk to the GP on the phone to ensure I get the right amount of penicillin this time, as he said since I was a paying customer, he didn't want me to pay numerous times for my prescription when the GP wrote it down wrong. All and all spent about an hour and a half here because I had to wait on the phone, but the pharmacist was so kind and once I got the proper prescription, it was filled immediately. They had other customers while I was here but made me felt looked after, as they checked in with me and didn't keep me waiting!

Originally given a price triple another pharmacy. Then asked to talk the manager and had the price haggled down to less than a third of the original price. The manager openly haggled and tried changing the price multiple times. A pharmacy is a necessity, professionalism should be shown but instead I had to haggle for my necessities as if it was a garage sale. Awful

Comfortable environment is the first and most important thing whenever a person looking for medical assistance. After this, a person is able to tell his need or actual problem easily. I would a say Mosan have excellent communication skills to make anyone comfortable. Secondly, understanding the actual need or problem of a person is very imp . I would give 10/10 to Mosan in this area as well.Finally the next and most important stage is delivering the result, Mosan not only gave me the tailored solution of my problem but also goes extra miles in solving my problem. I can't explain how much he helped me whenever I approached the pharmacy. At his age level, I would say with 100 % confidence the best pharmacist I have ever met.At the end, I would conclude by rating Mosan 10/10 in all these following skills areas:Communication, Helping others, Delivering results, Problem solving, Going extra miles, Taking lead. Thank you very much Mosan.

First class service. All staff were keen to serve even though it was 7.30 p.m. on a bank holiday. Very efficient and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. However, I literally never am able to get through to them on the phone, it always says "line busy" no matter how many times I ring, and believe me I've had to ring a LOT. Medication is usually not in stock and tbh it makes sorting my medication out to be a source of anxiety for me.

Ismail advised me well was very helpful and recommended medication that actually did help so thankyou. I avoided going to doctors due to long appointments. Very respectable towards customers and the staff really do their job well and take time and effort to listen
