Went to Las Iguanas for a bottomless brunch with a group of eight, expecting a fun, boozy afternoon. Turns out, the only thing bottomless was our patience.
The service was so slow, I started to wonder if they were distilling the Prosecco from scratch in the back. Two hours later, we?d managed a grand total of four drinks each?which, at the speed they were arriving, felt like a personal achievement. We even tried making eye contact with the servers, but they must?ve been trained in avoiding hopeful stares.
At one point, we considered ordering water just to see if that would come faster. Spoiler: it didn?t. By the time our last round arrived, we were already emotionally sober.
Food was decent, but let?s be honest?we weren?t here for the eggs. If you?re looking for a thrilling game of ?How Long Can You Wait for a Drink?? this is the place for you. Otherwise, bring a hip flask

For a chain restaurant, food is actually good here - surprised by the menu options. Lovely curry lunch deal for a weekday! Service was super quick but think it was only me and my friend at the place so very quiet atmosphere. This is more busy in the evening when people are making use of the well priced cocktails! Good service and friendly staff!

Drinks only. 241 all day has stopped, just happy hour now.
Drink quality used to be good but now just tasted like a soft drink, couldn't taste alcohol so not good value for money. Won't go again, better cocktails elsewhere

Lunchtime menu great deal for one main and a cold drink £9.95 plus added fries for £3. Chose the rice bowl with beans unfortunately the rice was most likely from the day before ( I come from a rice eating community) not fresh and hard. Really dissatisfied however they had good options for meat eaters and price was reasonable for the average office worker looking for a mid week treat. Had the rice been fresh the meal would have been perfect certainly would not pay full price and would return the dish to the kitchen. Other restaurants have been better.

Tried for first time with family for lunch. Waited 30 minutes for drink to arrive. Also not offered lunch menu so got them myself. Cocktails really poor not even worth 2 for 1. The food was nice but unfortunately they forgot the fries and even after two requests never arrived. Will use Iguanas again just not this one.

Personally I would not bother going to this place , and I would not call the brunch bottomless. I went with my partner and in the 2 hours we got 4 drinks, being busy on the Saturday is not an excuse and we felt forgot about.
The big issue I have though is I put no passionfruit on the booking as my girlfriend has an allergy and I ordered a pornstar daiquiri and it was garnished with a slice of passionfruit - IF YOU ARE GOING TO GARNISH, YOU NEED TO ADJUST YOUR MENU!!! On a serious note if I had not spotted it it could have killed her

Went for bottomless brunch, the food available without upgrading was poor, I upgraded but it was like a microwave meal. When we ordered cocktails we were told we had to order the same thing (7 people with the same drinks) so wasn't really allowed much choice. I think we had 4 tiny, icy cocktails in the 2 hours (timed by the very second) we were allowed our table for. Promptly moved on into the bar where there was nowhere to sit. All very rushed, not enough choice and overall not value for money. Only enjoyed it because of who I went with.

Usually, I love las iguanas but we went for the unlimited tapas. Service started off well for the first 2 rounds and then slowly, we noticed the waitress started to ignore us. We waited for a long while for her to come near our table but she went to the table next to ours and blatantly ignored us multiple times even though we were looking at her. She did not seem to do this to begin with. We finished our round and were unable to order again for 40 mins because of this. When we finally got her attention, she said ?it had been well over 90 minutes? and she would give us churros as a favour! We had over half an hour left at that point and we didn?t get the chance to order before that because she ignored us! We then waited 50 minutes for churros which never arrived and eventually I got up to ask for the bill because we sat there feeling uncomfortable. She gave us the over-fried churros in a bag. Overall, I would never recommend the unlimited tapas because they ARE NOT unlimited and I don?t feel I got my money?s worth.

Bottomless tapas isn?t great, food is nice if what is on the menu is available. Service was appalling though, went on a Sunday so it wasn?t busy and instead of asking if we wanted any drinks when we were seated I had to ask for them after the first dish was ordered. The food orders were relatively good to begin with then the waits started to get longer and we ended up having to wait for over half an hour to get another dish after my sister flagged another server down. When we gave up and asked for the bill instead it took over ten minutes for someone to come over so we could pay.

Food was really nice, loss of 2 stars for having a "Service Charge" on the receipt automatically. Good service is expected in the cost of the product.
