Absolutely the worst shop on the high street and possibly in the world. The staff are the most arrogant in the world, they all want sacking as far as I'm concerned . No commentary no smiles no greetings a big joke even other managers of the other bookmakers on the high street laugh about how terrible it is in there, well I'm sure that says it all.
