Terrible. Paid a 25£ticket for an event staring at 10pm. Door still closed at 10pm and outside raining and very cold - would not let us in. Wanted to sell me a small bottle of water for 5£??? Otherwise "I can give you a plastic glass and you can fill it up in the sink at the toilet"???

Attended crucast. This place has serious potential. They have amazing events, great music and the people who visit here are lovely. The real problem what ruins the night is the lack of toilet facilities. For such a big venue who clearly makes money they seriously need to invest in their toilet facilities. The lack of them is enough to not want you to ever visit again. Its sad really and I should of listened to my friend who warned previously about going there as night will be spent queuing for the toilet

Daughter and boyfriend bought tickets for Crucast event. Dressed in the same casual attire as all the other clubbers queuing up for a great night. Gets to the door and the one door man allowed my daughters boyfriend in with admittedly expired I. D. (UK PASSPORT), and the other door man would not admit my daughter because her UK PASSPORT had expired also. Doorman have difficult jobs I know, but to split up a couple who only wanted to add to the atmosphere of the club seems utterly ridiculous to me. Always been my experience that if the club is full of ladies then the lads in there behave better and the atmosphere is electric. Doorman here need to be chastised and the money they lost the club should be deducted from the door man's salary to remind him it's not his club.

Attended the New Year's Day event here at Lab11. Been here before but in the summer time and was semi decent. This time was a really bad experience.After queuing outside in the pouring rain for a whole hour (with no cover or protection) we got to the front of the queue and realised that all women were being prioritised through, leaving all men to stand in the rain. I (male) was told the cloakroom was full even though I could see women were clearly putting their stuff in there still.When ordering a drink the queues were really bad and drinks were extremely expensive. Overcrowding rooms and in the portaloos there were drug packets, condoms and overflowing excrement. I understand that this a nightclub but we are in 2024. Didn't expect the level of sexual favouritism and dirtiness.

Nice music and vibe of the crowd is good, but some of the staff members are terribly rude. The lady at the coat check out was grumpy and unnecessarily mean to my friend. You?re charging people a good amount of money to come to your venue, including forcing us to buy £3 water.Check the attitude.

Security are so bait, peering over cubical doors to see if people are doing drugs is unacceptable, ask for tap water at the bar....nah you have to pay for a bottle which is illegal. Massively oversold so you couldn't dance at all, this is how not to run a club, but as long as they get the money coming in that's all that matters right?Actually saw a bouncer confiscate drugs off someone in the crowd, didn't kick them out but wanted it for himself or to sell, don't expect anything else from Brum.

Keep valuables at home, perfumes will have to be left outside unattended. Arrive tipsy. Alcohol so weak you mistake it for water. Place is not pretty but does the job. Party hard ?

Lab11 in Birmingham is the ultimate party destination, especially if you're a fan of night raves. Our recent experience at "Afta Dark" event left us absolutely thrilled. The music, a mix of house, techno, and various electronic genres, was simply outstanding.However, it's worth noting that the space inside is rather tight. If you tend to get claustrophobic, this might not be your best choice. It gets seriously crowded, but the great part is that there's ample open space outside. If you need a breather or just want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out easily.Inside, it's an energetic and lively scene, reminiscent of most nightclubs. If you're up for a night filled with dancing and good vibes, Lab 11 is a highly recommended destination. The music and the overall atmosphere make it a fantastic spot.
