Booked MOT online, arrived on time for the first appointment of the day. The staff member who greeted me listened to my concern (screen wash warning came up as I was on my way).
Seats in the waiting room are uncomfortably flat (legs went numb) and lack of hot drinks but otherwise for a short visit it was perfect.

I came in to have two tyres fitted. Afterwards you said that my front right wheel needed alignment at a cost of £75. I went to Longbridge Tyres who charge £35 for wheel alignment , they checked the wheel alignment and said they all wheels were near perfectly aligned and did not need alignment. This is another example of unreasonable high pricing by Kwik Fit and another attempt to get a lot of money out of me, as previously they quoted an unreasonably high price of £800 for brake pads and disks. And on further inspection it became apparent that I did not even need new brake disks. This seems to be a dishonest company trying to get more money out of the consumer.

Air Con SCAM - AVOID!
I booked the free Air Con, on arrival the person identifying himself as the manager (white, stubble, chubby) said they only check the temp, and nothing else. He convinced me to pay £72.95 with their ?charge or refund guarantee?.
3 days later my air con was blowing warm air again. I took my car back, the ?manager? did not even check my air con. He immediately said they do not repair leaks and he would not be refunding me either, under their so called ?guarantee?.
An independent air con specialist has since confirmed the leak.
I stopped using Kwik Fit sometime ago due to similar unethical practises. These people are scammers who lie, cheat and prey on vulnerable individuals to extort their money.
I will be taking appropriate action to recover the £72.95.

Would be zero stars if possible! Avoid this branch at all costs. I just went into this branch to see if I could get a puncture repair done on my car, was greeted by a young member of staff in reception and said they where too busy to fit in today, which was understandable as I got there an hour before closing time.
I then asked him if he could kindly at least look at the tyre and I could bring it back tomorrow, to which he replied he was too busy. I then could clearly see he wasn?t interested and stated that to him.
He then turned around and said I am saying that as was swearing at me as I left. I will definitely be taking this complaint further as a customer shouldn?t be treated this way no matter what service they wanted. Don?t offer a repair service or train staff better!
Avoid at all costs!!

Recently had a tyre fitted at kwik fit cortteridge. Then a week later it failed a dealership approved MOT (at Hyundai) thanks to the plonkers having put the tyre on the wrong way facing out!! I had to pay this otherwise I couldn?t drive it with a failed MOT. Really the kwik fit should have sorted it but I hadn?t thought to check assuming they knew what they were doing. (After all I?m not the mechanic!)
Serious safety issue too as tred is designed to go on one direction not backward.
Needed to pay £30 to sort this at the dealerships after already having paid kwik fit the week before. Just poor. I won?t use them again. With so many alternatives nearby they should take care not to be losing customers like this.
