I recently replaced four tires and brake pads on my vehicle. The team at Kwik Fit Barnes Hill are always helpful and friendly.
They even managed to arrange for buy now pay later via bumper.
I highly recommend them.

When I arrived, they started straight away. Matthew showed me what needed to be done. He had to get a couple of tyres from another branch, the service was excellent. Would recommend Barns hill birmingham branch also thanks to the other guys.

Attended for tyre replacement and wheel alignment but my tyres were not inflated evenly which resulted to me paying extra at the petrol station to get this done right!

Overall, my experience at the Kwik Fit branch on Barnes Hill in Birmingham was positive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the garage provided efficient service for my car repair needs. The only downside was that I found the prices to be a bit higher compared to other similar garages in the area. However, the quality of the workmanship and the convenience of the location made it worth it for me.

Although I drive past daily I had no idea it was there. I had my break pads and disks replaced. Customer service was excellent from Matthew. They were able to fit me in last minute and clear on timings so I could plan collection. Value for money was excellent and much better than the dealership. He was thorough in his work and gave a detailed account of the replacements. He also asked if I wanted to keep my old ones which was very transparent. We will definitely use you again.
