I'm not going lie, kwik fit wasn't my 1st choice. I like to go to my usual garage where I know the people and feel comfortable, but to be honest kwic fit got me feeling comfortable by talking to me with politeness and knowledge about my car. They listened to my request and fulfilled the job. 4 wheel alignment, the lad got it all green on the alignment ramps. Great work , they got my 26 year old subaru impreza driving straight. Professional, polite and knowledgable. This Kwik fit is my go to garage now. They are quick to diagnose and resolve any problems. I have been to many garages that take their time and it?s super inconvenient, but here everything was quick. They kept me informed and I felt as though my car was in safe hands. Trustworthy, hardworking staff and excellent value for money. Thank you for all your help and for allowing me to keep my faith in garages.

Had alignment done from here few weeks ago. Although pricey the job was done promptly with the initial checks at the start to see how un-aligned it was.
Wasn't busy on the day I went and staff we're friendly in person and on the phone.

Hi i went down for AC Regas job was done and I am satisfied with AC Performance only problem is no time keeping Meadway Kitts Green centre Birmingham was told it would only take one hour from your appointment star to finish but they took two hours staff was too relax and didn't worry about time keeping and customer time.
Apart from that all good.

Great garage , very professional ,friendly team , just overall nice guys . I had just dropped in no appointment and they ensured they could fit me in and completed the job to a very high standard. I waited in the waiting area, where you have a full view of the work being carried out and is nice, clean and comfortable . I drove away very happy with the service provided.
Definitely recommend these guys and will use again .

Good luck with having your appointment on time .
This place doesn't have a clue on who has an appointment and who doesn't.
You have an appointment for 1pm. And you come in for your appointment and before you know it you are waiting HOURS and HOURS. To the point where you just want to leave and never come here again
Not a good experience here . They just make you wait and wait . Don't they realise we have things to do . If I booked at 1pm I expect 1pm .
Wont be coming here again. I will go to a garage instead .
*UPDATE*
I went to a local garage and within 5 minutes they told me my car didn't even have any sensors and these Kwik fit guys were probably trying to mess me about and making me get new tyres etc.
I'm so glad I didn't stay or else they would have probably made something up trying to get me to buy stuff that is not even wrong with my car

Arrived with screw in tire but was turned away ?no space in the diary? lots of staff seemingly hanging around. Rang kwik fit at Sheldon- they said they were really busy but they are more than happy to help. So go there instead!
