Great service. Best KwikFit I?ve been too. RM is a really knowledgeable tech. Very friendly staff all around. Have been to some other branches where I have had the slightly annoying ?keen to upsell? vibes - not here, very sound advice always and very reassuring. Will be going back for sure.

Cannot thank and recommend this place enough! I went in with a courtesy car that was handed over to me with 2 punctured tyres and told to take it to any kwik fit. The manager and other mechanics spent over an hour and half on the phone back and forth with the courtesy company (who were beyond useless!) and didn't stop until they had everything they needed to complete the job. They are the definition of determination and dedication. Even I was close to abandoning the car all together and requesting a new vehicle after the palava the company were causing! Throughout the frustration, they continued to keep me up to date on everything going on, were courteous and did a fab job. To add to this I also had my 4 month old baby and 6 year old son sat waiting with me, this just made the mechanics even more motivated to ensure I had a safe vehicle to leave with despite the hassle of getting it resolved. Thank you so much again!

Had to use this garage prior to a long trip back up to Scotland when a tyre showed low air pressure on my Motability car. The boys could not have been more helpful. They fitted me in for an appointment quickly after an initial telephone call . Saw to the car within minutes of us arriving and then every mechanic as they came in to the office/ waiting area gave us an update - state of wheels , authorization , how long they expected to be , wheel balancing etc . Turns out there were two Tyres with punctures! Hitting the M6 with those on what turned into a 7.5 hour journey to the border does not bear thinking about . Thanks especially to Jordan , Sean and Ray but the whole team worked so well together. They would definitely be my go to garage any time we in the West Midlands ???????????

One of my tyres had a slow puncture, not only did they replace the tyre very quickly, they also made me aware that another garage had put my front tyres on back to front so they also sorted that out for me. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend
