I took my car in for a front tyre to be replaced, they changed it and thoroughly checked the other tyres and wheels and alerted me to a wheel nut which was missing on the front wheel which I hadn?t noticed, so will get that sorted with my garage and also alerted to the brakes which appeared spongy, and will also getting that sorted
Overall I was impressed with the service provided, friendly and helpful

Went in for a wheel alignment and they?ve done the alignment correctly but my reason for one star is because they tried charging me £130 for all four wheels to be alligned which to me sounded a bit too much so I rang a different kwikfit in bearwood and got the quote for £101.90, £71.95 for front and £29.95 for rear. The worker tried to overcharge me on purpose and when confronted about it he tried making excuses saying each kwikfit charge different prices. So he was annoyed that I brought up the price but lowered the price to £110 which is still over what I was meant to pay.
I wouldn?t go back to this kwikfit solely because of the staff trying to overcharge.
Happy with the job but not happy with being overcharged.

The two visits I made moving the staff were polite & friendly, highly recommend this garage compared to some other Kwik fit garages
