Staff are really helpful and friendly would definitely recommend this location as a walk in,
I had a 2+ hour delay from a 16:00 appointment time on the delivery of my tyres, The staff were helpful and kept chasing the delivery constantly they kept the shop open past opening hours with staff until the delivery arrived then fitted all the tyres, as my availability was only that day top notch service ?, whilst waiting I also noticed them help other walk in customers with various issues in between appointments,
Customer service on the other hand im not so impressed with, when notified of the issue I was offered a £30 gift card to use in future, My vehicle has 4 new tyres now so that giftcard would expire most likely before a new tyre is needed,

Excellent service at Kwik Fit today. The team were professional throughout, and Marni in particular went above and beyond by explaining things clearly so I felt reassured and informed. Customer service was outstanding and the pricing very fair.

I had a great experience at Kiki Fit yesterday! It?s a fantastic garage, and Marni, the manager, was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. The service was quick, efficient, and high-quality. Told I'd be waiting 1 and a half hours. I ended up waiting for more than 2.5 hours! I was hoping to collect my car around 2hrs waiting time only to hear it would be another 15-20 mins (which again wasn't true). That last hour of waiting became painful

Excellent service! Visited for an MOT on 21.07.25 12.15pm.
Only two members of staff on site and both were extremely busy. Nevertheless, they were professional, courteous and friendly throughout - providing for several customers at the same time: all of whom were dealt with using the highest possible standards. Very welcoming and always made the time to put the costumers first.
Highly recommended and the staff were outstanding ambassadors for the company!

All I needed was a puncture repair but even though I had booked in and given all the van details they said they couldn't do it. The first person that greeted me was very polite and apologetic but the guy who came out to look at the tyre was quite surly and gave the impression that it was nearly home time and couldn't be bothered. Company policy meant they couldn't jack it up inside, outside or put on the ramp as my van has side skirts. I've been to plenty of tyre places where this has never been an issue. In fact there was another car there which couldn't be done either so to save anyone wasting their time I'd suggest asking more questions about the vehicle. Disappointed.
