I recently booked a full service for my Audi Q2 at Kwik Fit, which was quite a costly service. Given the expense, I expected a high level of professionalism and thorough attention to detail.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing:
Basic cleaning of the car was not included in the service, which I would consider a standard courtesy with a full service.
I was not provided with any detailed documentation of the work done?no receipt or breakdown of the oil change, filter replacements, or other service actions.
The only document I received was the Vehicle Health Check Report.
I also expected the Digital Service Record to be updated, as is standard with main dealer or professional servicing. This was not done, nor was I given a physical service record to retain for my own records.
Given the cost of the service, I had anticipated a much more complete and transparent experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe Kwik Fit can do better in meeting customer expectations

Noticed a puncture at 4.30pm, phoned this Kwik Fit and was told if I could get car there they could sort this evening. I was shown the screw in the tyre and within 15/20 minutes had new tyre fitted. Very friendly and efficient chap on reception, wish I had asked his name because his customer service was amazing.

Slow puncture noted on a Sunday morning, managed to book an appointment online, saw me straight away, the gentleman at the main reception very friendly and helpful, managed to sort the issue quickly (sorry I didn't get out name), thank you. He also explained he could help with a separate issue with the car, that I would need to come back for. First experience at this branch and I will be a returning customer.

Very disappointing to see the staff turn me away when I was in desperate need. I had booked an appointment for battery check and was likely looking to get a new battery, but the staff told me they didn?t have the battery checking equipment and I should head to small heath kwikfit as they were borrowing it, I did visit small heath shop and they didn?t have the staff who could do it and they referred me to visit Sheldon at this point I just got fed-up and then decided to visit Halfords at Holloway head and they sorted me out when they we?re about to close.
After spending so much money with Kwik-Fit so far I have learned my lesson that these guys are not reliable and I will never recommend them for any job.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. An old, dirty tire was placed on my brand new car seats, contrary to instructions was after placed in the boot. This oversight was unacceptable, and I urge the company to improve their handling and care standards.

I had great service with them before but my last experience was terrible changed brake pads and the next day wheel censor missing says on the screen I took it back but he kept saying it?s not his fault and funnily recommended I should take it to the place that changed my tires a year ago they damaged my car and laugh

We have been customers of Kwik Fit Balsall Heath for years. The boys here have been looking after our fleet of cars and the service is second to none.

Called up first thing in the morning 8:50am, as I woke up to a flat tyre, was told to bring it in. I reached there around 9:40 and had a tyre ordered in and was told it would be ready between 3-4pm as it was not in stock but had been ordered. To my pleasant surprise I received a call at 12:45pm to say my car was ready for collection. Excellent service with helpful and reliable staff. Thank you

I previously had my car serviced at your Solihull branch, where your team was meticulous and attentive, providing a detailed inspection report afterward. This left me with a very positive impression of your service. However, this time, as appointments at the Solihull branch were fully booked, I could only schedule at Kwik Fit - Birmingham - Balsall Heath. When I picked up my car and repeatedly asked the staff if there was a full service report, I was told that there wasn?t one available.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in your service, and I am left doubting whether my car was actually serviced at all. As a paying customer, I expect a consistent level of service, not one that lowers its standards and commitments at will.
I now request an immediate response and a full refund, as I have lost all confidence in your service.
