So many amazing bags and shies/boots at brilliant reduced prices. Great selection of winter boots with the KG extra special chain, stud or sparkle. So tempted with the new trainers range, made need to go back for the navy sparkle!Resorts world undergoing refurb so reduced number of shops, be great when bowling alley opens.

I purchased a bag from the store and asked the shop assistant if they have a new one out back, I was delighted when she said they did and straight away said "I'll take it!" As excited as I was, I simply checked the name on the front of the packaging and purchased it.It wasn't until I got back to my home, in Milton Keynes, that I realised I'd been given the wrong bag! I was quiet upset by this and decided to call the store. Callum was great and reassured me that the issue would be resolved and apologised. He advised I do a few things first and call back the next day to speak the the manager, Sabrina.I called the following day and spoke to Sabrina who again apologised and was extremely efficient in resolving the issue. She arranged DPD to collect the incorrect bag from my house and when she had recieved it, she called and sent out the correct one - all at no cost to myself.The turnaround was quick and the customer service was professional and friendly throughout.Receiving the incorrcet bag wasn't the shop assistants fault, although 2 different bags, they have the exact same name which can be confusing for anyone!Thank you to Sabrina and Callum for resolving this. I now have the bag and am a happy customer!
