Had a lovely experience at the Kurt Geiger shop at Birmingham airport. The assistant who was working there (I didn't catch his name, but it was 29/09/23) was extremely knowledgeable and brought me out shoes to try on. I fell in love with the Shoreditch platform heel and said I wanted them for my wedding I am currently planning, and he allowed me to try them on and was so kind and helpful. I've since ordered them on my return, and I'm in love! I'm so glad I went in before my flight :)

Having purchased a bag for home delivery upon my return so frustrating and disapointing this was delayed for no apparent reason. DPD are letting you down. Suhial is such an asset to your company as well as being a great sales person, he went over and beyond to ensure I got my bag despite issues with DPD . Thank you Suhial really appreciated your help

I had a fantastic experience at Kurt Geiger mainly due to the assistant manager, Suhail, who is a great asset to the Kurt Geiger brand and company. I am a regular shopper at Kurt Geiger and Suhail is by far the best representative of the brand I have seen. He sets a very high standard and sets an example for all employees representing Kurt Geiger. Its been an absolute pleasure to be served by him and his customer interpersonal skills are outstanding. He was extremely helpful with my product selection, very attentive, he provided me with excellent advise and most importantly, he gave his service with a smile! I wish him all the best and hope he excels in anything he sets his heart out to achieve.
